Computer Systems Analysts

40 hrs/wk., 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Location: 1303 W Walnut Hill Ln, Suite 134, Irving, TX 75038

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gathering, Analysis, Design, Deployment, Maintenance and Support of Web Applications.
• Work with technologies including C#, ASP.Net MVC 4.5, WCF, Web API, and SQL Server.
• Involve in creating Databases, Tables, Stored Procedures, DDL/DML Triggers, Views, User defined data types, functions, Cursors and Indexes using T-SQL.
• Design SSIS Packages to extract, transfer, load (ETL) existing data into SQL Server (text files, Excel docs).
• Analyzes and interprets code, identifies and analyzes problems, and recommends and implements solutions.
• Providing the estimation for the new developments, enhancements and change requests. Use Agile software development techniques (C#, ASP.Net MVC 4.5, WCF, Web API, and SQL Server).
• Create web applications to allow the users to follow status of the project remotely. Provide enhancements to the existing application as part of service requests.
• Gather customer defects on regular basis and Perform root cause analysis on customer defects to identify areas of improvement for the project.
• Provide user training and technical assistance. Use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of complex problems in creative and effective ways. Communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences. Work collaboration in a team environment.

Requirements:

This job requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s or above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer applications or closely related fields or equivalent. The minimum skills required for this petitioned job are all taught in a bachelors program or a higher level academic program in a Computers related major such as Computer Science, Information Technology or very closely related fields.
